Metal wire torsion testing machine
The metal wire torsion testing machine is a newly developed digital-type, horizontal structure torsion testing instrument by our company. It consists of loading, transmission, and force application parts and is suitable for testing the torsion properties of steel wires, copper, aluminum, and their alloys with nominal diameters ranging from ￠0.1 to ￠10mm. The rotation speed can be adjusted from 30 to 300 revolutions per minute. It mainly measures the ability of the wire to undergo plastic deformation under single and double torsion and displays surface and internal defects of the wire. It is equipped with the necessary accessories and attachments for torsion, enabling one machine to be used for multiple purposes.
